- Structural steel and welding special inspection (ICC Structural Steel & Welding)
- High-strength bolting — snug-tight, pretensioned, and slip-critical as specified
- Post-installed anchors, including pull/load testing per ICC-ESR
- Spray-applied and intumescent fireproofing (ICC Fireproofing)
- Firestop verification at rated penetrations and joints
- Reinforcing steel / concrete / masonry SI when the statement of special inspections requires it
