What we test
We do third-party pull and load testing of post-installed anchors (adhesive and mechanical), plus special inspection of anchor installation per the anchor's ICC-ESR evaluation report and the approved documents.
When it's needed
Post-installed anchors in concrete are a Chapter 17 special inspection item when the construction documents or the evaluation report call for it. Proof-load testing is often specified on restaurant, retail and equipment-support work.
